So
we kicked off 2016 with a beautiful sophisticated yet casual soiree at The
Raffles Hotel with around 30 library enthusiasts eating, drinking and chatting
the night away.
We
were thrilled to have Joyce Williams, Acting Library Coordinator and Vanessa
Subramoney, incoming Library Coordinator join us all the way from City of Karratha. Was so lovely to have some regional
librarians join us. Hopefully we can tee
up some more of our event dates with visits from regional librarians. 
Highlight
of the evening was having the opportunity to chat to people. I got to chat with new students and some
stalwarts of our industry. Thanks for
talking to me, I hope I didn’t talk your ear off!
The
ALIAWest Committee members would like to thank you for your ongoing support and
